Hello there! So my name is Rehana, and I specialize in Resilience Coaching by helping others reshape their mindset. In other words, I focus on mental and emotional development. I’m a strong believer in loving thy self, and I implement this on a daily basis by setting strong boundaries with others, as well as setting aside time for the people and things that I love, including time for myself, and I would like to help you do the same!
My goal is to be able to help you assert yourself among peers, in your workplace, and in the general public more readily, as well as overcome rejection and other adversities. Self-love is put into practice more easily when we are able to understand our own boundaries, as well as our wants and our needs.
When we become mindful of both ourselves and our surroundings, it will become easier to notice what we need in the moment.

It’s definitely easier said than done. If you are a passive person who is looking to gain confidence and autonomy in your life, but you just don’t know where to start – you’ve come to the right place. Knowing the process is one thing, but putting it into practice is not so simple. There will be challenges, setbacks, trials and tribulations, but I will be here to help guide you through the process.
